Sunday Scoop 3-20-16

I cannot believe that we are almost through with March. Spring is almost here as we know it. Time to link up with some wonderful blogging buddies of mines at Teaching Trio.

3 Things...
Well, I am now on a TPT kick. I am busy working on products for holidays far off like Halloween and Thanksgiving. The good news is that I finally uploaded my special treat to my followers and fellow TPT sellers when it comes to working on the spring and summer products.

Am I the only one that wanted to work on my blog posts for April. I am about ready to do that. I am on a creative mood that I cannot stop. Being a teacher-author is very time consuming.

2 Things...
I cannot wait to start exercising and also get ready for spring because of one thing... Summer planning for me. For anyone, I am one of those people who get started earlier so they would not get left behind. I am excited to see what is in store soon.

1 Thing...
I am an aunt to two beautiful kids. I baby sat for my niece for a bit and I would watch Disney Junior with her while she went to sleep. Long story short, I am now on a kick for Disney Junior especially Chuggington. Don't tease me, some of you may have that secret love for a children's show.

Sunday Scoop 3-13-16

Happy Spring Forward Day everyone!! Who is tired like I am? I am linking up with Teaching Trio for their Sunday Scoop.

Daylight Savings Time and even in the Spring is tiredsome enough. I am so tired that coffee may be the only thing that I drink.

I have to do TPT Products that are focused in the Spring and even make a bundle and a seller kit about them as well. I am also taking a look at the Summer activities as well. But, sorry this is short and sweet because of the fact that we are Springing Forward and that can do tremendous stress to a teacher-author like me. Here is My Sunday Scoop. Have a great day!!!

Sunday Scoop 3-6-16

Hello guys, time to link up with Teaching Trio for their Sunday Scoop.

3 Things...
~ I need to work on Spring TPT Products that are great because there are a lot of themes in the Springtime. I am excited to be crafty with them..
~My TPT Store, My TN Store, and my social networks are basically outdated in most ways so I am devoting time to working on them this afternoon after church.
~I can finally work on my website for my store that I wanted to work on so bad. I am always forgetting it one way or another.

2 Things...
~I got storytime this week and right now, I am working on the activity for this week as well. It is time for me to work on something to show to the kids.
~So, I am moving out to an apartment in another city so I could basically start to help with my finances soon. I am looking for apartments but after watching HGTV, now I want a house. I loved Fixer Upper.

1 Thing...
I made another step that I should be proud of. I made my first clip art set. I am excited and happy that I did because it would bring in a lot of fun to make this set.

Sunday Scoop: 2-28-16

I love today because it meant that tomorrow is a leap day. So, I am linking up with some blogging buddies of mine for Sunday Scoop at Teaching Trio!!!

3 Things...
~You know, I never thought that working on TPT products would be a lot of hard work. I now do that about four hours a day. I am opened on tips on how to promote them because I am still new.
~My church is watching Woodlawn today. I am so excited because I never watched the movie before.
~Well, it is time for me to budget to see what to spend and what not to spend it on.

2 Things...
~I really need to exercise and also focus on how to eat healthy.
~Work on many activities that are for the month of March and April. What to do when they are rapidly approaching.

1 Thing...
I am an auntie!!!! My sweet nephew Bryson Lee came into the world on February 26, 2016. I am a bit excited that I am an aunt. I am also an aunt to a sweet girl. So let's just say that I will be spoiling these two.

Sunday Scoop 2-21-16

Hey ladies, it is drizzy and going to rain almost...all...week. Wish it was going to snow though. But, I am launching linking up with Teaching Trio for their Sunday Scoop.

Most of this is pretty self-explanatory. My TPT store is getting a much-needed makeover. I am finally at a point where I can make a blog button and a TPT button. Also, I am making a banner for my TPT store. I am trying to customize the store, but it went belly up. Still trying.

I was on my feet most of Wednesday and lifting heavy boxes. That technically counts as doing some form of exercise. Right now, I am resting as a result of that.

Finally, is there anyone who is trying to create Spring stuff...in February. That's me. Don't laugh about it.

Sunday Scoop 2-14-16

Happy Valentine's Day everyone. Well, I am doing another Long Distance relationship version of Valentine's Day. So, I am linking up with Teaching Trio for a Valentine's Day version of Sunday Scoop.

 

3 Things I have to do...
~ Work on updating my TPT products and also create new dimensions for my digital paper. Right now, I am also in the process of securing the files myself on some given time.
~Right now, my back is basically hurting like the Dickens so I am in bed right now resting like crazy.
~I need to clean my room and my closet especially. I am on a cleaning kick since this year.

2 Things...
~I could work on new TPT products that will be perfect for the upcoming seasons. Also, I would finally work on ore digital papers and hopefully some fonts as well.
~My bible studies online are going to have to dwindle down. I am excited and also trying to find fresh ideas.

1 Thing...
After days of freezing cold and no snow stuck to the ground in my area. I am ready for a little warm weather, just kept away from storms and such. I am ready for Spring to arrive due to the fact that I could wear my flip flops again.

Happy Super Bowl day!!! What better way to top it off with Sunday Scoop with Teaching Trio. 

3 Things...

-I am now ready to work on more TPT products and also update on some. 

- Research some blog designs to see how they are made. Then work on tutorials as well. 

- I have a few conferences to determined in which would fit my budget that I am making this year.

2 Things...

- Exercise often and be on diet

- Plan ahead to see what would happen soon. Organization is a great thing for me. 

1 Thing...

Super Bowl is here. I always work on something because in reality, the game and also the halftime show are good. So, I need to make sure not to destroy my computer if the Broncos win or lose. Who are you rooting for?

Sunday Scoop 1-31-16

Hey guys, today I am linking up with some blogging buddies at Teaching Trio for their linkup.

 I love to talk about what is my day like.

3 Things...
-If anyone is noticing a really messed up blog, my blog is still under construction right now. I found a good free blog template and is customizing it as well. So, expect my blog to look funky.
-Create a prayer room and work on my Bible study. I always wanted to read Fervent and right now, it is a study in our Sunday School. Did anyone create their own war room in their house/apartment.
- Work on TPT products: Remake my products with the instructions for making sure that my products would be secured and also to fit my latest scheme.

2 Things...
- Good news, the days start to get longer. But, of course the weather is crazier on Alabama so lets just say, I am looking at diets and learning how to eat healthier. If only I could exercise more as well.
-Sleep is back on. Now, I am sleeping at 11:30-midnight and that has helped tremendously.

1 Thing...
Did anyone notice a new name. After thoughtful consideration. I realized that becoming a teacher meant lesson plans and also I am attached at the hip with my computer. I love my new blog name Lesson Plans and Computers. The "and" part would look different and I am working on that. I love DIY blog designing.

Sunday Scoop 1-17-16

Hey guys, I love the winter weather we have been having. I am linking up with Teaching  Trio for their Sunday Scoop.

3 Things...
- I am getting ready for a simple off day. I will be near no Internet and no TV, though nothing is on for awhile. I need to work on some products and blog posts and work on bible studies while not having too much distractions.
-TPT products galore this week. I am trying to see which font would work for each product.
-Also, I will start to work on a few blog designs that will emphasize what each person is. My blogs are the first one and right now, I am with Blogger because I'm still working on WordPress.

2 Things...
-Sleep is a big thing. Lately, I am working on my sleep schedule and also decreasing my naps as well.
-Work on an activity for next week's storytime. I am thinking of something the kids would work with and enjoy.

1 Thing...
Got my tips from other teacher-authors about how to promote TPT products and also how to be active on social media. Any ideas?

Sunday Scoop 1-10-16

Hey ladies, I am linking up with Teaching Trio for their Sunday Scoop linky.

3 Things...
1. Not to worry all the time. I got anxiety so bad, I am starting to break out a bit so right now, I am the most uncomfortable I have ever been in.
2. Work on TPT products. I am ready to start work and finish it soon. It is time to grow my store and I have some ideas to think about.
3. Continue to work on my blog. I did not make my own...yet. I am going to come up with the idea. I do however, have an idea for a few of my other blogs. Currently, I am rebranding and my new name is...The Maroon Techie Teacher. I am named after my love for Technology andnlove of Mississippi State. Hail State!!!

2 Things...
1. Hopefully, I would get rest and get rid of this little mini outbreak that is taking place for me right now. No stress equals good itchy-free environment. Sorry for the little too much information.
2. Winter exercise. I love to do this and we'll, there is nothing like running in the freezing cold as well.

1 Thing...
Well, I have been dreaming of opening up my own business and right now, I am in the infancy stages. But, it will be opened by November 2016 unless finished early or need to be pushed back. I called it Tech-licious Designs.

Sunday Scoop and a Giveaway!!!

Well, today is my birthday so I burned the midnight oil for this. I am linking up with Teaching Trio.

3 Things...

-I got some online Bible studies to finish. I am starting one tomorrow. I am excited to also finish preparations for other studies such as the prayer study that will go with Love God Greatly. 

- Still got to work on TPT Products that will go well with the scheme of the Birthday theme. My sale will start Monday. 

-I am going to make a switch to WordPress later this month. Watch for my announcement about the switch. 

2 Things...

-I am going to rest and get ready for tomorrow. Road runner here needs to get at least two hours of sleep. 

-Cold weather exercise can really help a girl... Especially one that needs it after the holidays. My New Year's Resolution is to be more healthy. 

1 Thing...

Well, today I am 26 years old. I am celebrating my birthday with a big extravaganza.

3 Things...

-I am working on a few TPT products. I recently added another one into my store. I also opened up a Teacher's Notebook store and is excited to see what they could provide. 

-My Birthday week is coming up soon. I am celebrating with a giveaway to be announced soon. 

-I need to work on the online Bible studies and be more prepared for what is to come. Wish me luck this coming year. 

2 Things...

-OK. Last week, there was severe weather and my intense fear of thunderstorms and tornados (post coming soon about how to handle fear). My rest went down a lot. Also, trying to not have your house be flooded can bring stress as well. 

-New Year's Eve is coming soon and I am excited to see what it is. 

1 Thing...

I have two announcements...well three if you don't mind. The first announcement is that I will be turning 26 so get ready for the most awesome thing to happened. Second, I am celebrating two years of love with my love. Also. I will be an aunt in about two months. I will be having a baby nephew and I will spoiled the child. Watch and wait.

Things I Have To Do...
~Finally, I get to rest. I love Holiday Week when it comes to rest.
~I get to use this week to work on my TPT products of what to do for the giveaway that I am hosting on my birthday week.
~Before the whole "Jasmine is getting married" comes around, the dress is for my friend's wedding the day before I turn 26. I love weddings and wish that my beautiful bf of two years is with me.
Things I Hope To Do...
~I need to work on my New Year's Resolutions, which include more blogging. Seemingly, I became lazy with the blogging.
~I missed online PD and is wanting to do it soon. I cannot wait to see what I learned this week.

What I Cannot Wait For...
Santa is coming. Storytime is still on so right now I am reading Twas The Night Before Christmas and Santa Claus is coming to visit for the little kiddos.

~Today is a busy day!! I got a children's Christmas program, followed by a Christmas meal and an acapella choir practice. I will be able to make it.

1. I am working on next year's Bible studies and I am ready to lead others into God's Word and focus on His never changing love. 

2. With December coming up soon, I am working on a few linkies for the new year as well as a new blog design. 

3. I want to relax. I am like the Energizer bunny and there are times that I want to relax. 

2 Things...

1. I need to exercise because I kinda cheated no thanks to temptation. I am in desperate need to remind myself to drink water every day. 

2. Working on TPT products can be challenging, but fun. I am blessed to work with a great group. Also, I am thinking of a collaborative blog or products to work on. 

1 Thing...

We are celebrating my birthday month in January and I am debating on a celebration to focus on the birthday. I am working on products that would be good for sale. So I think I need to relax for a bit.

Have to Do...

I need to work on my schedule for the Unglued Study that I am doing. After that, I am getting some sleep and rest for a while. After that, I am working on s few TPT products that I need to finish soon. 

Hope to Do...

Again, hope that I will get a much needed nap and just have a good sleeping schedule. Also, I am on a water cleanse. I am drinking water more than I would do soda because I will hydrate my skin. I need to also look at Polar Express activities to create a product for other teachers to use. 

Happy to Do...

Hopefully after all the time spent on the Have to Do and the Hope to Do, I get to have some quiet time with God, especially being sick as well. Oh, and look at my blog and check her out. You get to also make your own blog template. Check out her blog.

3 Things I have to do...
~Working on a product for TPT before a sale starts soon. I need to brush up on a few tips of TPT.
~ We got a packing party coming up soon at church for Operation Christmas Child. The best thing is that this will be great for the kiddos who are getting them soon.
~With me moving soon and also got a job, I need to set financial goals for me to follow. I went through a Dave Ramsey class and I know that I got this in my heart.

2Things I hope to do...

~I hope to do exercise because I have been busy and right now, also, I need to start back on blogging.for me to finish what I need to start. I love having Blogger as my mobile app on my phone. 

1Thing I am happy about...

I am happy that I get to count my blessings and use my God-driven talents to contribute to what is meant.

3 Things I Have To Do...

~ I love to do Bible studies and I am excited to volunteer at Proverbs 31 as a small group leader. I have been blessed with what God has given me in terms of gifts. 

~ My blogging skills is getting rusty so I am working on a few blogs to get ready to polish off the rust. 

~With me moving next year or in 2017, then I need to bring forth some financial goals for me to follow so it will be complete. 

2 Things I Hope To Do...

~I need a sleep schedule and also something to keep me energized. I have been sick the past few weeks and I have no energy. 

~Exercise also falls in the normal routine that I need to follow as well. 

1 Thing I'm Happy To Do...

The bright side is that I am feeling a little better. The key word is "little". I am blessed that I am better for now. Getting my energy back will be a difficult to follow.

Sunday Scoop 10-25-15

Well, I am linking up with Teaching Trio for their Sunday Scoop.

~I am ready for online bible studies because they are great. We are doing Unglued and I love Lysa Terkeurst and her books. I cannot wait.
~I am currently working on a few products and well...I have a thinking freeze, but I will get past it.  need to make sure that the products are right.
~I am working on planner for the upcoming week since it was Halloween. I am excited to share a few things on my outfit.

~I really need to exercise now that it is cool. However, with it being rain all day, that may not happen. But, perseverance really does paid off.
~ I need to get at least 6 hours of sleep.  I have been tired since last week and I did go to bed on time.

I am going to graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. But, I need to finish my classes first. Then, I will be able to go to graduate school at Mississippi State.
