A Focus on My Life!!~!!

Lately, I have felt that every one of my friends are getting married and having children. I recently felt like "what is going on?". But, I realized that Jesus is the ultimate Savior and that God has a huge plan for me. I do not know yet but I am still waiting. There are times when I would wonder why I am studying to become a teacher. I finally figure out why, it is to bring part of my plan into fruition by wanting to work with children. I have a dream to work with kids since elementary school. Then again, back in elementary school, I was a rowdy child who always get into trouble. That is why I do not let that much criticism affect me now, it is mostly to develop a thick skin.

My Secret Confession!!~!!

I have a secret confession to make. I know I am studying to become a teacher, but I have a huge addiction to Investigation Discovery and other crime shows. It is the fascination of CSI and other networks that have fueled my interest. I am also a sports fan. I am excited for the University of Alabama football team to play against Virginia Tech Saturday. I am a huge Alabama fan, but not to the point that I am obsessed. I also supported a few SEC teams since I have a few friends and relatives there. What was so funny is that I cannot wait for fall to finally get here.

My Life So Far!!!~

     It has been a long time since I was able to write in my blog. But pretty much things cannot be worse for me than ever. The first strike was that I was not able to go to school at all this semester and then I felt like a few of my friends are being dishonest with me. However, when I go through life struggles, I would turn to God and ask Him why. He reassures me in my dream that everything is alright and that life could be better in the future. Right now, I am single and also I am looking for someone. The main problem is trust because when I see facebook posts of engagements and weddings along with babies, I felt a bit depressed.

     The main problem is that trust is what I need alongside respect. I witnessed my parents' marriage crumbling before my eyes and it kinda scarred me and made me realize that there are chances that the next guy that I dated could be abusive. At the end, I need to show respect to myself and learn how to trust others before I need to find me a relationship. Again, I am talking to God about my future and also talking to Him about who I am My daily devotion one day said that when life brings you trouble, I need to show peace by knowing that God is on my side.
