I am linking up with Teaching Trio for their Sunday Scoop...
http://teachingtrio.blogspot.com/

3 Things I have to do...
1. Is there a reason to explain this one. I mention this every Sunday Scoop.
2. I need to catch up on online bible studies due to my nasty toothache.
3. I am studying for tests and they are about to be the death of me.

2 Things I hope to do...
1. Well, I am enjoying walking because it soothes me and also I can retreat to my peaceful time.
2. I am volunteering at the public library and I got to get ready for the story time to tell the kids. I have a quick question...What books should I read the kids?

1 Thing I'm happy to do...
I am excited to announce that in a couple of weeks, I am going to do a linky party based on memory lane that each of us took. What that means is that I am working on the rules and graphics and when I am ready, next Sunday I will talk more about this and if you want, start finding some old photos of you when you were a kid or even back then and let's have a walk down memory lane.

Link up with them and also check out some wonderful Sunday Scoops

  2. Can't wait to hear more about your linky party! Here are my words of encouragement for you for your walking - you can do it! You will feel much better if you go for your walk! How's that? Motivated to walk today?

  3. A new linky! I look forward to reading about it. Which online Bible studies do you do? I once did Living Beyond Yourself by Beth Moore. There was a workbook, but each week you could log in to Lifeway to watch a video teaching. Have a good weekend. I hope your toothache improves.

  4. Your linky sounds like a blast! I can't wait to hear more about it!

My favorite read-alouds as a child were Make Way for Ducklings, The Monster at the End of the Book, Curious George, and Madeline books. Choose something that you love, as I always feel that children will enjoy stories when we are enjoying reading them! I've always wanted to do story time at a library. Maybe I'll add that to my list of to-do's for the year! Have a lovely weekend!

  5. Jasmine,
What age are the children you read to? I would suggest some wintery/snowy books or maybe some MLK reads since MLK day is tomorrow?
